If you are in any way unhappy with your goods you may send them back for an exchange. Only if items are faulty will a refund be offered. The Jo Davies Studio must be informed before returning items - this must take place within 14 days of the original dispatch from the studio. We ask that you return the goods unused and within the original packaging, taking care to wrap the item as it was sent to you.
