At an altitude of 1,600m in the northern Alps, in a raw-concrete building by famous Bauhaus architect Marcel Breuer, Hôtel Terminal Neige is a hymn to modernism. Built in the 1960s for the Boissonnas family of art and mountain lovers, the hotel has not only unrivalled views of Mont Blanc but is also surrounded by sculptures by Picasso, Dubuffet and Pol Bury.
Second-hand furniture, thick rugs, interior walls of raw concrete... This hotel, which reopened in 2015, enchants design lovers with its bohemian-vintage interiors.
